- The Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) course is a certification program for professionals who want to enhance their skills and knowledge in the new financial realities of health care. To be eligible for the course, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be an HFMA professional or business partner with an all-access membership, including student members. You must complete two modules:
- HFMA Business of Health Care® and Operational Excellence, which cover topics such as healthcare finance, risk mitigation, evolving payment models, strategic finance, and managing financial resources.
- You must pass an online final exam for each module.
