About Course

The course will help you build and demonstrate your knowledge and skills in agile principles and practices and prepare you for the AGILE Certified Practitioner- PMI certifcation . The course cover various agile approaches, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and TDD, Value-Driven Delivery, Stakeholder Engagement, Team Performance, Adaptive Planning, Problem Detection and Resolutionand Continuous Improvement (Product, Process, People) which are required by the certification .

Eligibilities

A secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or global equivalent) 21 contact hours of training in agile practices 12 months of general project experience within the last 5 years.

A current PMP® or PgMP® will satisfy this requirement but is not required to apply for the PMI-ACP. 8 months of agile project experience within the last 3 years.
