- To be eligible for this course, you need to meet the following criteria You are a senior female leader with eight to 12 years of experience in a leadership role, or an executive or functional manager who aspires to positions of greater influence and authority in your organization, or a mid- or senior-level manager who leads teams or has direct reports, or an entrepreneur or business owner, or someone who is interested in advancing executive women leadership in business.
- You are proficient in English. You are committed to learning and engaging with fellow participants throughout the course. You have submitted an online application form, a resume, and a statement of purpose.
