This course is designed to help senior leaders learn how to recruit, retain, and inspire people for performance and growth using Silicon Valley models and mindsets.
The course covers topics such as talent management, organizational design, culture, innovation, data analytics, and diversity.
The course consists of one week of intensive learning, with faculty-led sessions, guest speakers, and design thinking exercises.
Eligibilities
To be eligible for this course, you need to meet the following criteria: You have at least 8 to 12 years of experience in a leadership role, or you are an executive or functional manager who aspires to positions of greater influence and authority in your organization, or you are a mid- or senior-level manager who leads teams or has direct reports, or you are an entrepreneur or business owner, or you are interested in advancing executive women leadership in business. You are at least 18 years of age and proficient in English.
You are committed to learning and engaging with fellow participants throughout the course. You have submitted an online application form, a resume, and a statement of purpose.
